DeskFit
DeskFit splits your workday into movement missions. At every break the alarm fires, you prop up your phone, and the camera counts your reps. 10 squats and/or 10 push-ups. Silence earned.
Desk workers routinely sit for three to four hours without standing up. Stretching at the end of the day doesn't undo it. What works is frequent, small, non-negotiable movement — the thing nobody does without a system forcing it.
Pick your work days, your hours, and your break interval — 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Then choose the mission: 10 squats, 10 push-ups, or both.
At the end of every interval it rings, and there is no snooze button hiding at the bottom of the screen. Prop the phone against a wall, camera facing you, and start.
The camera counts each rep in real time. Hit 10/10 and the alarm turns off, the reps land in your log, and your streak survives another day.
DeskFit reads 12 joints — hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists — from the camera feed and scores every rep as it happens. Both platforms use a first-party neural pose model, running entirely on-device.
Day streaks, rep streaks, lifetime reps. Miss a day and the streak resets, which turns out to be all the motivation most people need. Medals unlock as the totals stack up.
